Returns Policy
Kits
Please feel free to return kits in unopened condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less postage and packaging.
Courses Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued if course has to be cancelled.
If you need to cancel - A full refund will be given or alternative date offered if 30 days before the course starts.
Within 30 days of the course starting - Refunds will only then be considered if the place can be filled.
Commissions
Non nonrefundable 50% of the commission value will be charged on agreement of commission. Balance due on delivery and approval.
